Workshop bookings may require advance registration and are subject to availability. c. We do not guarantee that any product will always be in stock and reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.

d. Products labeled as “refill” are subject to our refill station policies, including container requirements and cleanliness standards.

3. Pricing and Payment
a. All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes as required by law. b. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and contactless payment methods. c. Automated refill stations may require payment via QR code or RFID chip, and users are responsible for maintaining their payment information. d. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Returns and Exchanges
a. Due to the nature of sustainable products, some items may not be eligible for return. b. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, except for personal care products and refills. c. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged at our discretion. d. All refunds are given in store credit only.

d. Workshop cancellations must be made 5 days in advance for a full refund.

a. Great.full Goods is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. b. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings within our shared space. c. Participation in workshops is at your own risk; we are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during events.

d. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our website content is always up to date or error-free.

a. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to process transactions. b. Our website may collect cookies and usage data for analytical purposes.

7. Store Policies and Code of Conduct
